BISP New Installment Update July to September 2025
The Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) is a major initiative by the Government of Pakistan. Its main goal is to provide financial help to low-income families, especially women so that they can take care of themselves and their children.

BISP has officially announced that the next installment for July to September 2025 will be distributed starting from August 20, 2025. Payments will be made across all provinces and regions of Pakistan, including:

Payment New Phase Payment Transfer Date
According to BISP:
- Payments will begin transferring to beneficiaries’ accounts from August 18, 2025.
- From August 20, beneficiaries can collect their payment from retailers or camp sites.
Who Is Eligible to Receive This Payment?
The following women can receive the payment:
- Registered beneficiaries of BISP who are part of the regular Kafalat Program.
- Women who have completed their dynamic survey or re-certification process.
- Only those who are part of the regular payment system will receive this installment.
How Will the Payment Be Distributed?
The July–September installment, also known as Phase 3, will be distributed through BISP’s bank partners, including:
- HBL (Habib Bank)
- Bank Alfalah
- Bank of Punjab
- Easypaisa
- And other authorized retail outlets and POS agents
Important Instructions for Beneficiaries
- Keep your mobile phone with you — You will receive a confirmation SMS from 8171.
- Do not share your CNIC or payment SMS with anyone else.
- If any agent cuts your payment or does not give a receipt, immediately report it to:
- The BISP Tehsil Office, or
- Call the BISP Helpline.
How to Collect Your Payment
Here is the simple step-by-step process:
- You will receive a message from 8171 about your full payment amount.
- Visit your nearest BISP Payment Center or Tehsil Office.
- Provide your CNIC to the POS Agent at the center.
- They will verify your fingerprint (biometric verification).
- After successful verification, you will get:
- A payment slip
- Your full amount in cash
If you face any issue — like being given less money or no receipt — file a complaint at the BISP Office or via their helpline, and it will be resolved within a few hours.
Why Were New Beneficiaries’ Payments Returned?
On July 16, 2025, some new beneficiaries had their payments returned due to technical issues in the banks. These payments will now be transferred again starting from July 27, 2025. These new beneficiaries can collect their first payment after that.
