BISP Payments Paused on July 1, 2025 | Full Details Inside
The Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) management has officially announced that payments will be temporarily paused on July 1, 2025, across all of Pakistan. The suspension is due to a scheduled public bank holiday, which means all banks and payment platforms associated with BISP will remain closed.

Concerned Payment Channels
The suspension will impact all BISP partner banks and financial services, including:
- JazzCash
- Bank Alfalah
- Habib Bank Limited (HBL)
- Other authorized BISP outlets
These channels will not process any BISP disbursements on the specified date.
Public Advisory: Avoid Visiting Retailers on July 1
Beneficiaries are strongly advised not to visit the campsite, retailer shops, or payment centers on July 1, 2025, as no payments will be issued on that day.
Payments Resume on July 2, 2025
Regular payment services will resume from July 2, 2025. Women whose BISP payments are currently under processing will also be able to collect their payments starting from this date.
Educational Stipends for Children Added
In addition to the regular payments, educational stipends for children in Quarter 4 (2024) have also been included in the payment cycle. Beneficiaries whose children are enrolled in the BISP Taleemi Wazaif program will receive the additional stipend amount alongside their primary payment.
